We provide workplace support to customers with disabilities, working closely with employers to find flexible solutions.
- Provide ongoing support for customers/employers based on individual needs
- Enhance long-term and sustainable employment
- Facilitate training and development opportunities with customers and employers
- Source future vacancies for ongoing placements
This role requires an understanding of the challenges our customers with disabilities may face when commencing new employment. You will also have a strong ability to support both customers in work and their employers, ensuring sustainable employment while sourcing future vacancies.
The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who:
- Is a people person with sales/customer service background
- Can build trust and rapport
- Has experience with disability or DES (Disability Employment Service)
- Posesses organisational skills and strong problem-solving abilities
- Can resolve conflicts and work autonomously
- Manages time effectively and has awareness of vulnerabilities to employment
- Is willing to obtain necessary certifications
