Employment Support Specialist

This is a dynamic role that requires an individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. The successful candidate will provide workplace support to customers with disabilities, working closely with employers to find flexible solutions and provide ongoing employment support.
The Opportunity- Provide tailored support to customers/employers based on individual needs
- Enhance long-term and sustainable employment opportunities
- Facilitate training and development initiatives with customers and employers
- Create new job opportunities for customers
- You possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- You have experience in sales/customer service or a related field
- You are able to establish trust and rapport with customers and employers
- Disability or DES experience is advantageous
- You possess strong organisational skills
- You have a proven ability to resolve complex problems
- You are skilled in conflict resolution and negotiation
- You are self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- You are effective in time management and prioritisation
- You are aware of vulnerabilities to employment and able to address them
- You are willing to undergo a Criminal History check and Working with Children/Vulnerable People card
