Job Overview

Our team is seeking an experienced professional to manage files, prepare client documents and statements, and witness estate planning agreements.

This role requires recent experience in estates work within a law firm, ideally as a Legal Secretary or Paralegal. A minimum of 2 years' experience in Probate and estate work is preferred, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, high attention to detail, and advanced understanding of Microsoft Office.
