Senior Estate Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced estate lawyer to join our team.

As a senior estate lawyer, you will be responsible for advising clients on complex estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, and probate.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising clients on sophisticated estate plans for blended families, high-net-worth individuals, and multi-layered trust structures.
  • Drafting and reviewing complex legal documents, including wills, testamentary trusts, and enduring powers of attorney.
  • Leading client relationships, communicating options with empathy, and delivering outcomes end-to-end.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and paralegals, ensuring quality, accuracy, and continuous growth.

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years PQE with significant experience in estate planning, testamentary trusts, and related advisory work.
  • Proficiency (or strong interest) in Probate & Administration matters.
  • Confident facilitator of client strategy sessions; exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional drafting and document-review rigor.
  • Commercial mindset: comfortable juggling advisory, sales, and quality control.
  • Collaborative leader who uplifts teammates and shares knowledge freely.
