About the role The role is responsible for delivering professional, high-quality, and timely Wills and Estate Planning services, including drafting documents such as Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Enduring Guardianship for the NSW community.
The Senior Wills and Estate Planning Consultant will independently handle complex client matters, provide guidance to Wills and Estate Planning Consultants, and contribute to team performance within the Wills and Estate Planning Network.
The role aims to increase market share and support the delivery of estate planning services across NSW in a financially sustainable manner.
About you We encourage applications from candidates who demonstrate the following skills, knowledge, and experience: A belief that supporting customers in documenting their last wishes is a privilege requiring warmth, support, understanding, and respect.
Experience in drafting and executing Wills and Estate Planning documents that are legally compliant and of high standard.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
A problem-solving and solution-focused approach to work.
Sound like you? We would love to hear from you Essential requirements Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience in relevant disciplines such as legal, finance, professional services, or government.
Willingness to obtain accreditation in Will making, Power of Attorney, and Enduring Guardianship documents.
Current driver's license and ability to travel across NSW as required.
Availability to work after hours and on weekends as needed.
