We are working with a well-established, growing law firm seeking a skilledTrusts & Estates Attorneyto join their Charlotte, NC office.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated attorney to join a collaborative, client-focused team handling sophisticated estate planning and estate administration matters.
Base pay range
$110,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Advise clients on estate planning strategies, wealth preservation, and probate matters
Draft complex estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related instruments
Represent clients in probate and trust administration proceedings
Provide tax-efficient planning advice for high-net-worth individuals and families
Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal solutions
Maintain and develop client relationships with a strong commitment to client service
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice law inNorth Carolina(South Carolina licensure a plus)
3–7 years of experience in estate planning, trust and estate administration, and related areas
Strong drafting, research, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple client matters efficiently and independently
A client-focused mindset with a collaborative and professional demeanor
