About Our Role
As a HR Systems & Process Improvement Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting business systems and process enhancements across the organization.
You will drive automation, manage key initiatives, and champion continuous improvement.
Your focus on user experience (UX/UI) and Human-Centered Design (HCD) ensures that solutions are intuitive, efficient, and aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document current business processes and systems.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Collaborate with teams to implement system changes and enhancements.
- Lead and support projects from concept to delivery.
- Develop business cases, requirements, and implementation plans.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Apply HCD principles to design user-friendly solutions.
- Conduct research, journey mapping, and usability testing.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to enhance user interfaces.
- Support the development and deployment of automation tools.
- Work with IT and vendors to ensure technical feasibility and integration.
- Maintain documentation and provide training/support to end users.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in related domains.
- Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and data.
- Demonstrated experience in UX/UI design and Human-Centered Design (HCD).
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and Microsoft Power Apps is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work collaboratively across teams.
Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in Business, HR, IT, or a related field.
- Certification in Business Analysis is advantageous.
- Training or certification in UX/UI or HCD is highly regarded.
