About Our Role

As a HR Systems & Process Improvement Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting business systems and process enhancements across the organization.

You will drive automation, manage key initiatives, and champion continuous improvement.

Your focus on user experience (UX/UI) and Human-Centered Design (HCD) ensures that solutions are intuitive, efficient, and aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document current business processes and systems.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement system changes and enhancements.
  • Lead and support projects from concept to delivery.
  • Develop business cases, requirements, and implementation plans.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Apply HCD principles to design user-friendly solutions.
  • Conduct research, journey mapping, and usability testing.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to enhance user interfaces.
  • Support the development and deployment of automation tools.
  • Work with IT and vendors to ensure technical feasibility and integration.
  • Maintain documentation and provide training/support to end users.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in related domains.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and data.
  • Demonstrated experience in UX/UI design and Human-Centered Design (HCD).
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and Microsoft Power Apps is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work collaboratively across teams.

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, HR, IT, or a related field.
  • Certification in Business Analysis is advantageous.
  • Training or certification in UX/UI or HCD is highly regarded.
