An exciting opportunity awaits to join our operations team as an Operations Coordinator. This pivotal role plays a key part in driving growth and success of our national broker network.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of onboarding new brokers and franchisees, delivering a seamless, compliant, and engaging experience. In addition, they will play a key role in broader business initiatives and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the custodian of multiple processes for new franchisees and their teams, including onboarding, lender accreditations, agreement renewals, and offboarding.
- Work with stakeholders to improve process efficiency and provide a positive experience.
- Communicate frequently with key stakeholders to keep them informed on progress.
- Support the operations team with rolling out key strategic projects and ad hoc admin duties.

We are seeking someone who thrives on creating structured, repeatable processes and enjoys working closely with people to ensure they feel confident, informed, and supported from day one. The ideal candidate will be organised and detail-oriented, with a natural ability to manage multiple moving parts while keeping stakeholders aligned.
Required Skills And Qualifications:
- Experience working in financial services will be looked on favourably.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
