- Employ a proactive risk management approach to identify and anticipate current and potential risks, develop risk mitigation strategies as required.
- Contribute to and review project reporting and financial management as needed, including Project Reports, Board papers, Project Steering Committee Reports, payment claims, and business cases.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders using a relationship-driven approach.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial management, with a focus on contracts and commercial negotiation.
- A proven track record of managing complex commercial contracts and interpreting legislation.
- A strong understanding of construction contracts, commercial terms, and financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
