About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our Sales Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and optimize profit margins through strategic account management.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new growth opportunities within your territory.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met while uncovering opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers, keeping them informed about product availability and new offerings, while ensuring client data is always up-to-date.
  • Identify and convert potential pharmacies, both compounders and non-compounders, to enhance the company's market presence.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians and pharmacists, to elevate brand awareness and promote our services.
  • Share and implement sales best practices with compounding pharmacies nationwide, offering coaching and support where needed.
  • Partner with Account Executives to maximize business opportunities, share insights, and provide referrals for client visits.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification(s) in Science or Business is an asset.
  • 4+ years of experience in a sales role.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is essential.
  • Pharmaceutical compounding experience is highly regarded.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Proven experience in contacting, visiting, and selling to doctors, hospitals, and pharmacists.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated decision-making and negotiation skills.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills, with the ability to network and maintain a professional and positive image.
