About the Role

This is a critical position that plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and revenue expansion. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for generating interest in Teamlink's products and services, identifying quality prospects, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively drive property listings on Teamlink
  • Generate sales leads for Teamlink as a SaaS for B2B users, including developers and real estate agencies
  • Lead and manage the design and production of sales and business development-related marketing materials, such as Teamlink training materials and sales plans
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Teamlink
  • SOURCE new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Track sales targets aligned with company objectives and provide consistent reports on account and transaction status
  • Collaborate with third-party marketing agencies on marketing collateral preparation and production, if required
  • Assist other teams with property sales and development activities, if required
Requirements
  • CRM or other business software sales experience preferred
  • A track record of over-achieving quota and exceeding KPIs and sales targets
  • Real estate industry sales experience, preferably with off-the-plan sales experience
  • Existing strong network with developers and real estate agencies
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a practical approach to providing sales solutions
  • A genuine team player who can work effectively with others and self-motivated when working autonomously
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
