Job Title: Payroll Specialist

Our organization seeks a skilled Payroll Specialist to support the timely and accurate processing of employee salaries and wages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • High volume data entry for timesheets, onboarding paperwork, and terminations
  • Collation of payroll forms with contracts
  • Checking of payrolls - weekly, fortnightly, monthly
  • Responding to various queries from employees and stakeholders
  • Other duties as reasonably required
Requirements:
  • Experience in a busy payroll department utilizing Chris21 software
  • Knowledge of relevant tax and employment law
  • Ability to provide high quality customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong numeracy skills
