Reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Services Management, you will be responsible for working closely with projects, solution architects, SMEs, and operational teams to ensure ICT services meet the business needs of customers. Your expertise in facilitating the design of new services, evaluating existing ones, and ensuring the delivery of sustainable, cost-effective, and purpose-fit services will be highly valued.
About the Role- Lead service co-ordination activities within large, complex organisations, applying Service Management frameworks such as ITIL.
- Facilitate the design of ICT services that can be transitioned into the existing Service organisation.
- Work with existing services and solution architects to deliver practical and actionable service roadmaps, ensuring long-term sustainability.
This position requires a strong background in ITIL Framework, service design, solution design, architecture, and service transition, particularly within the healthcare context. Your ability to communicate with clarity and influence across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Document Service Designs for new Services, current state assessments of existing Services, and development of Service Roadmaps.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure ICT services are designed to meet customer needs.
- Analyse and evaluate existing services to identify areas for improvement.
