We are seeking a skilled Farm Operations Coordinator to oversee daily farming operations at IIQAF. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating and producing high-quality agricultural goods. Your duties will include planting, watering, and harvesting crops, as well as maintaining accurate records of planting, harvesting, and crop yields.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crop Cultivation and Care: Plant, water, and fertilize crops to ensure optimal growth and yield.
  • Crop Health Management: Monitor crop health and manage diseases, pests, and weeds to prevent damage and ensure quality.
  • Farm Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Operate and maintain farm equipment, such as tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems, to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Harvesting and Packaging: Harvest and package crops according to quality standards to meet customer expectations.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of planting, harvesting, and crop yields to inform farm planning and decision-making.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Farm Operations Coordinator or similar role, with a strong understanding of crop cultivation techniques and best practices.
  • Physical Stamina: Strong physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Ability to operate and maintain farm equipment, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on achieving quality and efficiency.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
  • Education: High school diploma/GED required, formal education in agriculture or related field preferred.
