Our team seeks an experienced Admissions Co-ordinator to support the delivery of high-quality student experiences.

The successful applicant will have a proven track record of working in fast-paced, customer-facing environments and meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively identifying alternative pathways for students
  • Prioritizing work to meet deadlines and SLAs
  • Liaising with internal and external parties to build relationships and resolve issues
  • Producing offers within stated timeframes
  • Ensuring high-quality work with minimal reworks
  • Escalating issues quickly to the Admissions Assessment Team Lead
  • Providing support and information to Sales and Recruitment Teams

Qualifications and skills required include:

  • Fluent English language skills
  • Experience working in multinational companies with diverse cultures
  • Quick typing skills and experience with systems
  • Knowledge of global education systems and international education requirements
