**Job Title: Executive Culinary Director**

This is a fast-paced role responsible for crafting and executing an innovative menu that reflects our refreshed venue and meets the evolving tastes of our guests. As our Executive Culinary Director, you will lead the kitchen team in developing and designing a creative, seasonal menu that showcases the best local ingredients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the kitchen team in menu development and design.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene at all times.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish served.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and food costs effectively, maximizing efficiency.
  • Report on kitchen performance and gather guest feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with management to align the culinary direction with the hotel's vision for the refurbished venue.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Head Chef or in a senior culinary role, preferably within a hotel or high-volume setting.
  • A strong understanding of menu development and food safety practices.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse kitchen team.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for quality and creativity in the kitchen, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and holidays.

**What We Offer:**
A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $105,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as employee benefit card offering discounted rates at Accor worldwide, learning programs through our Academies, opportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world, and ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities.
