Telecommunications Site Acquisition Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Telecommunications Site Acquisition Specialist. We are seeking a highly motivated and outcome-driven individual who has a passion for delivering positive client outcomes and effective stakeholder engagement.

The role is responsible for managing, negotiating, and securing agreements with landowners for the establishment of new telecommunications facilities and overseeing the obtainment of all necessary consents for site upgrades.

  • Undertake site acquisition and property activities for new and existing telecommunications sites.
  • Review existing telecommunications lease and licence agreements for upgrades to existing sites to determine consent requirements.
  • Prepare and issue letters of consent, follow up the return.
  • Negotiate lease and licence agreements that meet legal, financial, and property management requirements.
  • Lease variations or surrender and regrant negotiations.
  • Prepare legal instructions and track progress of legal negotiations through to completion.
