About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Inspector (Civil) to join our team at Clough. As a Quality Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our construction projects, working closely with our construction, subcontractors, and client QA representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the promotion, awareness, and compliance to the Project Quality Management System is maintained
  • Work cooperatively with Construction, Subcontractors, and Client QA Representatives in a team environment with transparent sharing of information to the benefit of the project
  • Ensure quality documentation is implemented to ensure compliance with established codes, standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements
  • Responsible for the management and signing off on Inspection & Test Plans
  • Perform daily inspections in line with Project Specifications
  • Document daily inspections
  • Validate quality competencies of individuals assigned to construction tasks

Requirements:

  • 5 years+ industry experience in a similar role within an engineering and construction environment
  • Civil Engineer or Trade Qualification
  • Auditor Certification
  • Ability to communicate in a disciplined and constructive manner
  • Ability to review and interpret technical requirements in the Contracts
  • Strong commitment to safety and wellbeing of people
