The NSW Health Service seeks a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Clinical Director.
About the Role:- Provide comprehensive executive support, including maintaining electronic diaries, organizing meetings, preparing committee agendas and papers, taking and distributing minutes, providing general administrative support, and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Create and maintain medical rosters, leave planners, and HealthRoster Update Healthroster and on-call roster.
- Offer administrative support to medical staff and other personnel within the service.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Organizing travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Preparing correspondence and reports.
