Chief Financial Analyst

This senior accounting professional will be responsible for managing accounting processes across multiple projects, including monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Prepare and track project-related financial documents, including construction draws and lender requisitions;
- Review and approve development-related AP and draw documentation for accuracy and contract compliance;
- Collaborate with project managers to review budgets, actuals, and forecasts;
- Maintain and reconcile project general ledgers, including detailed job cost tracking;
- Develop and submit monthly project financial packages and variance analyses;
- Record journal entries, including capitalization of project costs and fee accruals;
- Monitor construction loan activity and interest reserves;
To succeed in this role, you will need a solid understanding of GAAP and full-cycle accounting principles, as well as Excel proficiency and the ability to work in project-based accounting systems. You should also possess excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
