Financial Planning and Analysis Role

This key position within our finance team requires collaboration with leadership to support strategic decision-making through financial planning, reporting, and analysis.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis professional to provide expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. The ideal candidate brings a strong accounting foundation, experience in financial analysis, and a passion for driving efficiency and insight through data.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, analyze, and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Partner with accounting and operations teams to analyze product costs, margins, and variance reporting.
  • Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages, highlighting trends and actionable insights.
  • Support leadership with scenario modeling, cash flow analysis, and KPI tracking.
  • Assist in monthly and year-end close processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support capital investment analysis, pricing strategies, and operational improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, accounting, or related financial roles.
  • Solid understanding of GAAP and accounting principles; CPA or CMA a plus.
  • Cost accounting or manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; ERP experience with Sage is a major plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams.
