Job Role

Bond Street REIT is a private, perpetual life NAV REIT exclusively focused on open-air convenience retail in southeast markets.

We are seeking a highly driven financial professional to join our team as Senior Financial Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining complex financial models, developing corporate-level financial models, and supporting reporting deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics or related field, and 5+ years of relevant experience in finance or CRE. Advanced Excel modeling skills are required, as well as an understanding of REIT structures.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to aggregate and analyze financial and operational data to assess portfolio performance and risk.

The successful candidate will work closely with leadership on strategic initiatives and ad hoc analyses, conducting market and asset-level research to support acquisition due diligence and a growing cadence.

This is a mid-senior level position that offers a challenging opportunity for a skilled Financial Analyst to advance their career.
