About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced financial analyst to join our team and contribute to our strategic planning process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and data analysis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models, analyzing data, and providing insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate budgets and forecasts to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reporting packages highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Cash Flow Analysis: Provide scenario modeling and cash flow analysis to support business decisions.
  • Close Activities: Assist with monthly and year-end close activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 3-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, accounting, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles, with a CPA or CMA designation preferred.
  • Cost accounting or prior manufacturing industry experience highly valued.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with ERP experience with Sage being a significant advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
