Production Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Production Technician to join our Government Solutions team in South Melbourne. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires the ability to build, test, install, and repair electrical and electronic equipment.

The Role:

  • Troubleshoot and repair a range of mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment, including computers, radar systems, cameras, and test equipment.
  • Apply thorough knowledge of electrical/electronic and mechanical theories, principles, specifications, and electrical codes to perform work tasks.
  • Identify and report potential electrical/mechanical problems, risks, and inherent issues in production materials.
