We are seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our cutting-edge sensors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and deploying our sensors, working closely with our engineers, scientists, and other professionals to ensure projects are completed to exact specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive test and evaluation plans and procedures.
  • Design, inspect, test, and update electronic systems, components, and equipment.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, scientists, and other professionals to ensure projects are completed to exact specifications.
  • Ensure all equipment and products meet stringent health and safety regulations.
  • Evaluate existing processes and provide recommendations for enhancement.
  • Develop robust maintenance, testing, and quality control procedures.
  • Demonstrate proactive initiative in staying abreast of advancements in Electronics.
  • Monitor processes and systems, establish effective relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Write specifications, instructions, reports, and handle necessary administrative duties.
  • Proficient in using laboratory instruments such as Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers, etc.
  • Experienced in PCB design using Altium Designer.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the PCB assembly process with expertise in PCB component soldering, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Requirements

We are looking for an Electronics Engineer with a genuine passion for electronics, ideally someone dynamic, agile, and enthusiastic who thrives in a multidisciplinary team environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Systems, Embedded Systems, or a related discipline, and experience in programming in embedded C, C++, and Python. Additionally, the candidate should have knowledge of analogue and digital circuit design, miniaturised electronics, debugging and fault-finding circuits, and surface mount assembly and rework.
