We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Engineer to join our team at Nomad Atomics in Melbourne, Australia. As an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development and deployment of our cutting-edge sensors.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electronics engineering, with experience in PCB design using Altium Designer and programming in embedded C, C++, and Python. You will be working closely with our team to develop comprehensive test and evaluation plans, inspect and test electronic systems, and collaborate with engineers and scientists to ensure projects are completed to exact specifications.

You will also be responsible for ensuring all equipment and products meet stringent health and safety regulations, evaluating existing processes, and providing recommendations for enhancement. Additionally, you will be expected to stay up-to-date with advancements in electronics and demonstrate proactive initiative in staying ahead of the curve.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Systems, Embedded Systems, or a related discipline. Australian Citizenship or PR Holder is also required. Experience in analogue and digital circuit design, miniaturized electronics, debugging, and fault-finding circuits is essential.
