About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Manufacturing Specialist to join our Melbourne-based production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, modifying, and repairing medical devices using various tools and equipment.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electronics and communication technology, with experience working in a production environment. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble, modify, and repair medical devices in line with quality and safety processes and standards.
  • Prioritise tasks efficiently to meet production schedules and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders to foster a collaborative working environment.
  • Communicate effectively to escalate and propose solutions to issues as they arise.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
  • Experience with soldering activities and handheld power tools.
  • Previous work experience in a production environment preferably working with electronics, electrical, or communication technology.
  • Certificate III in Electronics & Communications or related qualifications (a plus).
  • Familiarity with SAP or other inventory management tools (a plus).
