We are seeking a skilled Assembly and Repair Technician to join our Melbourne-based Production Team at Rauland Australia.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assembling, modifying, and repairing medical devices, ensuring they meet strict quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, modify, and repair medical devices in line with quality and safety processes and standards.
- Prioritize tasks and maintain efficient practices to meet production schedules and customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative working environment.
- Communicate effectively, escalating and proposing solutions to issues as they arise.
- Identify opportunities to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
- Experience with soldering activities and handheld power tools.
- Previous work experience in a production environment, preferably with electronics, electrical, or communication technology.
- Certificate III in Electronics & Communications or related qualifications (desired).
- Familiarity with SAP or other inventory management tools (a plus).
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word & Excel).
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and pride in work and workspace.
- Interest in personal development and electronics.
