About this Role

We are seeking a skilled scheduler to join our Home Care team. The successful candidate will create and manage rosters for our Home Care Workers in the region, ensuring our clients receive quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain efficient schedules for all areas of HammondAtHome
  • Effectively administer client and staff schedules, considering consistency, efficiency and fairness while maintaining care worker contracted hours
  • Collaborate with the support team to provide system and staff administration by maintaining up-to-date data on care worker information
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience and/or qualifications in customer service, scheduling/rostering, data analysis or call centre operations
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role with a high level of attention to detail
