Senior Roster Coordinator Role

This is a challenging position responsible for overseeing the strategic planning of workforces and operational deployments. The role plays a pivotal part in ensuring seamless operations, customer satisfaction, and exceptional service delivery.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in workforce management, with a minimum of 3 years' experience and relevant qualifications. They will also possess advanced skills using MS Excel and intermediate to advanced skills using MS Word.

The key responsibilities of this role include workforce planning, roster management, operational support, customer liaison, stakeholder collaboration, data accuracy, efficiency, and reporting.
