Job Role Overview
IRT is seeking a Workforce Planner to join its team on a permanent part-time basis. The role involves rostering and payroll processes across the Sydney region.
The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in rostering or similar roles, along with post-secondary qualifications in business, commerce, human resources or equivalent experience.
They should also have high-level skills with Microsoft Office products and HR information systems.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Workforce Coordinator in effectively rostering employee resources.
- Publish rosters, process employee status changes, and employment transactions.
- Interpret relevant industrial instruments to provide a professional service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in rostering or similar positions.
- Post-secondary qualifications in business, commerce, human resources or demonstrated experience.
- Payroll Certification (desirable).
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable).
- High-level skills with Microsoft Office products and HR information systems.
