Software Delivery Excellence Lead

We are looking for an experienced leader to drive the quality of software delivery across multiple teams. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, Dev Ops, and our CTO to develop a scalable and maintainable testing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement a comprehensive testing strategy
  • Lead a team of QA Engineers and Testers in developing automated testing frameworks
  • Collaborate with engineers to plan and execute manual and automated testing
  • Oversee the release process with quality gates and release milestones
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in QA leadership or delivery
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
  • Expertise in manual and automated testing, including regression, smoke, and performance testing
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and test automation frameworks
