Engineering Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our cross-functional teams in delivering impactful software solutions. This role offers a unique blend of people leadership, technical expertise, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and mentor engineering teams to foster a culture of growth, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop engineering talent, supporting career development and performance management.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Infrastructure teams to define the technical roadmap and ensure long-term project visibility.
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, aligning technical decisions with architectural standards and business needs.
  • Drive Agile practices and ensure teams deliver high-quality, scalable solutions incrementally and reliably.
  • Contribute to high-level architectural decisions and occasionally participate in code reviews.
  • Monitor key engineering metrics like SLO compliance, deployment frequency, lead time, and MTTR.
  • Proactively identify technical risks and guide teams through challenges to successful delivery.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership or management role.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, modern software architecture, and engineering best practices.
  • Technical proficiency in C# (.NET), JavaScript/TypeScript, and ideally ReactJS.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and/or Azure.
  • Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Familiarity with event-driven architecture and microservices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
