We are currently seeking a high-performing leader to join our tech team in North Sydney. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in quality assurance leadership and delivery, with a strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a scalable testing strategy
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive quality and efficiency in software delivery
  • Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to integrate automation and CI/CD tools
  • Plan and execute manual and automated testing
  • Explore and apply AI-driven tools to enhance testing efficiency

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in QA leadership or delivery

  • Expertise in manual and automated testing
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and test automation frameworks
