About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Running full-cycle recruiting for technical positions
  • Partnering with hiring managers to clarify needs, shape roles, and develop effective processes
  • Sourcing and closing high-caliber talent, particularly in the Sydney market
  • Delivering great candidate experiences with timely communication, clarity, and context
  • Maintaining pipelines and systems clean and up-to-date
Requirements
  • 4-7+ years of experience hiring engineers at top startups or technical companies
  • Familiarity with the Sydney technical market and ability to search across geos
  • Comfortable juggling multiple searches while keeping things thoughtful and personal
  • Ability to run high-signal screens and write effective outreach
  • Organized, warm, responsive, and comfortable working autonomously across time zones
