Engineering Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced engineering manager to lead a team of software engineers in developing cutting-edge technology that enables developers and collaborators to create outstanding game experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 4-7 software engineers, coaching them, ensuring adherence to best practices, and supporting their growth
  • Partner with discipline and product leadership to drive team success
  • Foster cross-team collaboration within the organization
  • Mentor engineers on industry-best practices for current projects
  • Develop and execute strategies to build high-performing engineering teams
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of professional experience as a software engineer
  • 3+ years as an Engineering Manager leading engineers
  • Experience recruiting, growing, and mentoring engineering teams
  • Experience shipping complex products on large, multi-platform codebases
  • Experience collaborating across departments to deliver solutions
  • 3+ years as a technical leader
  • Participation in technical design and code reviews
  • Proficiency with C++ or C#
