Software Engineering Manager Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor engineers on current project best practices
  • Oversee sourcing and hiring efforts to build the team
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 7 years of professional experience as a software engineer
  • 3+ years as an Engineering Manager leading engineers
  • Experience recruiting and growing engineering teams
  • Background in shipping products on large, multi-platform codebases
  • Experience collaborating across departments
  • Participation in technical design and code reviews
  • Proficiency with C++ or C# programming languages
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience working with game development teams
  • Familiarity with game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine
  • Automation expertise
