The Role
We're seeking a proactive and motivated Performance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Delivery Analytics and Performance team, you'll own, develop, and maintain a portfolio of core operational reports, data models, and insights visualization for assigned business groups. Your primary goal is to provide stakeholders with strategic advice and insights to improve business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of effective core reporting and information for assigned business groups.
  • Proactively engage with the business to identify areas for improvement and develop models to inform business operations and performance.
  • Be a trusted source of information for analysts and the wider business on reporting, data, analysis, and standard processes.

Requirements
  • Advanced experience with Tableau and Tableau Server.
  • Ability to translate data into visualized business insights and results in a commercial environment.
  • Professional qualification in business, finance, or data.
  • Proficient in SAP/ERP, Business Intelligence tools, and MS Office suite.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
