Job Title: Financial Analyst Trainee

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst Trainee to join our team at Career Panacea. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis and accounting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial records.
  • Utilize accounting software (XERO, MYOB, Quickbooks) to generate comprehensive financial reports.
  • Prepare individual and company tax returns, as well as business activity statements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).
  • Assist with bookkeeping and general accounting tasks, including phone calls, email management, filing, documentation, and customer service.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
