Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily operations of our depot, ensuring customers receive exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and lead a small team to deliver outstanding customer service.

The Warehouse Team Lead will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe working environment, accurately handling cash and keeping records, counting containers, and sorting recyclable items into correct categories.

Additionally, the successful candidate will ensure staff adhere to health and safety procedures, identify areas for improvement, and provide exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations at the depot
  • Lead a small team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maintain accurate records and handle cash transactions
  • Count and sort recyclable items into correct categories
  • Ensure staff adherence to health and safety procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
  • Leadership skills and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Outlook & Excel required
  • Current driver's license necessary
