Job Title: Customer Service Team Coordinator

This role is responsible for coordinating the workload within the Renovations Team to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner and customer expectations are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily workload across the team, prioritizing activities to ensure completion within required timeframes.
  • Action quality assessments to ensure that processes are being followed and quotes are accurate.
  • Provide guidance, instruction, training, and leadership to the team for the purpose of achieving key results.
  • Effectively assist with internal queries in relation to Renovations.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders as required in a professional manner to facilitate the renovations and build relationships.
Requirements
  • Solid previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Ability to effectively manage internal and external relationships with superior communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and lead others to meet departmental KPIs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Can resolve problems through to completion resolution in a timely and effective manner.
