Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Coordinator to join our Renovations Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the workload to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner and customer expectations are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily workload across the team, prioritizing activities to ensure completion within required timeframes.
  • Action quality assessments to ensure processes are being followed and quotes are accurate.
  • Provide guidance, instruction, training, and leadership to the team to achieve key results.
  • Effectively assist with internal queries in relation to Renovations.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders to facilitate renovations and build relationships.
  • Identify and report any issues or potential issues that could have a negative impact on SG Fleet.
Requirements
  • Solid previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Ability to effectively manage internal and external relationships with superior communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and lead others to meet departmental KPIs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to resolve problems through to completion resolution in a timely and effective manner.
  • Sound computer skills, including strong MS Office.
  • High-level numeracy and attention to detail.
