Customer Service Team Coordinator

This role is responsible for coordinating the workload within the Renovations Team to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner and customer expectations are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the daily workload across the team, prioritizing activities to ensure completion within required timeframes. Take immediate action to reduce backlog and complete Renovation processes assigned in an accurate and timely fashion.
- Action quality assessments to ensure processes are being followed and quotes are accurate. Monitor Renovation Tickets to ensure KPIs are being met.
- Provide guidance, instruction, training, and leadership to the team to achieve key results. Assist with the day-to-day running of the team and be the first point of escalation. Identify knowledge gaps in the team and assist with their development where required.
- Effectively assist with internal queries related to Renovations. Demonstrate advanced knowledge and confidently relate renovations procedures and requirements. Maintain and update Renovation work instructions for the team.
- Ensure IMS gets updates throughout the process to ensure all tickets accurately reflect the current status of each renovation.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, such as employers, financiers, and other fleet leasing providers, in a professional manner to facilitate renovations and build relationships.
- Identify and report to the Manager any issues or potential issues made aware of, including those related to the Renovation team that could have a negative impact on SG Fleet.
- Solid previous experience in a customer service role
- Ability to effectively manage internal and external relationships with superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to motivate and lead others to meet departmental KPIs. Ability to share knowledge and coach others
- Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize and deliver against challenging deadlines
- Can resolve problems through to completion resolution in a timely and effective manner
- Sound computer skills, including strong MS Office
- High-level numeracy, attention to detail, and ability to understand complex finance and taxation concepts
