
Helping Hands Specialist

As a dedicated support specialist, you will be the first point of contact for members who need assistance with mental health, wellbeing, and physical safety issues.
You will communicate with members via instant message and phone using bespoke systems built by our engineers.
Supported by training, you will confidently handle critical situations and use your judgment to provide the right support.
">Key Responsibilities">- Coordinate emergency and non-emergency requests under the guidance of your Shift Supervisor
- Work with Nurses and Psychologists to pass on case notes for cases that require escalation
- Liaise with external stakeholders to achieve the best outcome for the member
- Provide input into operational processes and functionality
