Customer Experience Representative

As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure every experience counts.

Our customers are met with passionate representatives ready to provide the tools and advice on a wide range of products and services to help make their DIY dreams a reality.

We're looking for team members who are passionate about helping others and are keen to learn and grow. The path within our organization is yours to build - you could become the next future leader, product expert or trade specialist in-store, and we are committed to giving you the skills and showing you the ropes throughout your journey.

  • Provide our customers with the best experience across the store.
  • Be responsible for stock management, whilst ensuring a clean and tidy work environment.
  • Serve customers via our checkout registers.

Required Skills:

  • A genuine passion for customer experience.
  • To be able to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers.
  • An eagerness to learn about products and services.
  • To act with integrity, be safe and do your best.
  • The availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends).
