Scientific Laboratory Technician Microbiology Specialist

We are currently seeking highly skilled and experienced Scientific Laboratory Technicians to join our team at Central Adelaide Local Health Network.
About the Role:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various laboratory tests and procedures, including microbiology and infectious diseases analysis.
- They will also be required to maintain accurate records, report results, and contribute to the development of new techniques and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine diagnostic techniques, including participation in problem definition, planning, execution, analysis, and reporting.
- Contribute to the development, selection, and adoption of new techniques and methodologies.
- Assist in training and supervising technical laboratory staff in routine tests and tasks.
Requirements:
- Degree or advanced diploma in a relevant field, such as microbiology, chemistry, or biology.
- Proven experience working in a laboratory setting, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
