Capital Portfolio Data Analyst

We are seeking a senior data analyst to join our team and help us enhance project governance across our capital portfolio.
The ideal candidate will lead on data collation, interpretation, and analysis from across the Capital Program and Integrated Capital Group (ICG), transforming it into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own the collation, interpretation, and analysis of Capital Program data and ensure ongoing, high-quality program reporting.
- Collaborate closely with business units and project teams to understand reporting needs and provide guidance on improving their reporting performance.
- Design and develop reports and dashboards that clearly answer business questions and support project decision-making.
The successful candidate will have experience in PMO or program reporting roles, ideally within major infrastructure environments. They will be confident in their ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and communicate findings in a clear, concise manner. We value strong knowledge of project management principles, quality assurance, and risk management practices, as well as proficiency in tools like Excel, SharePoint, and BI platforms.
