HUB24 is growing, and we are looking for a Portfolio Analyst to join our Portfolio Administration Services (PAS) Team. As a Portfolio Analyst, your responsibilities will include executing daily portfolio administration tasks, managing reconciliations, and ensuring tax reporting compliance. You'll be a key player in optimizing our portfolio operations and helping our clients achieve their goals.

**Key responsibilities**:
- **Account On-Boarding & Transactions**:

- Manage account onboarding processes and ensure accurate execution of client trade instructions.
- Process transactions and perform CGT (Capital Gains Tax) reconstructions with a high degree of accuracy.
- ** Reconciliation & Reporting**:

- Assist with cost base and income reconciliation, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Support the annual tax reporting processes by liaising with external providers to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
- ** Data Analysis & Problem Solving**:

- Interpret and analyze portfolio data to identify and resolve discrepancies or issues.
- Collaborate with internal and external parties to address client queries and deliver solutions.
- ** Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other operations teams to ensure seamless portfolio management and client service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external providers to support operational excellence.

**Key skills required**:
- 1-2 years relevant experience in the financial services industry.
- Background in non-custody preferred.
- Understanding of managed funds and listed assets.
- Experience with account opening and onboarding preferred.
- Understanding of CGT preferred.
- Proven ability to prioritise work and meet agreed deadlines.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
