Job Description

This is an outstanding opportunity to work as an Analyst with 333 Capital's highly experienced senior team across all stages of a deal and gain direct client exposure.

You will be supporting the team with:

• Transaction execution
• Financial modelling
• Valuation and research
• Due diligence management
• Preparing reports and sell-side documents; and
• Analysing business models.
  
  

Qualifications

Candidates will preferably have up to three years' work experience gained in investment banking, corporate advisory or another corporate finance related area of a professional services firm.

Required skills include:

• Strong financial analysis, valuation and research skills
• Ability to undertake detailed financial modelling is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think critically and take initiative whilst demonstrating team-oriented values; and
• Tertiary qualifications in an accounting or finance related field.
