About the Position

We are seeking a strategic asset management professional to develop and implement long-term plans for our road infrastructure assets.

This key leadership role will play a pivotal part in ensuring our roads remain safe, reliable, and profitable throughout their concession life.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on risk management and performance optimisation, with experience working across operational, delivery, and commercial teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop asset management plans and strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Lead maintenance planning and investment forecasting to ensure optimal asset performance.
  • Review and update maintenance standards to ensure compliance and performance.
  • Engage with stakeholders to align asset strategy with business outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of renewal programs based on asset integrity and operational need.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance across the asset management function.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure asset strategies meet concession requirements.
About You

You will have:

  • Extensive experience in asset management and engineering, ideally in pavement and road design.
  • A strong understanding of infrastructure lifecycle planning and investment strategy.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence across technical and business functions.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to translate asset condition data into actionable plans.
  • Experience working within complex infrastructure environments and regulatory frameworks.
